SUMMARY:John Kearns: Tilting at Windmills
DESCRIPTION:Tilting at Windmills is the brand-new stand-up show from Taskmaster alumni and double Edinburgh Comedy Award Winner\, John Kearns. \nA fragmented\, digressing portrayal of a 38-year-old man’s life\, alluding to books he hasn’t read\, touching on the modern condition. Plus VAT! More allusive and bleak as ever\, it is unreal the comedian you become. And for who? Decent craic with the right crowd. A show for those who have read about but not committed to the Guinness Nitrosurge. \nSeen bewildered on Taskmaster (Channel 4)\, terrified on Live at the Apollo (BBC)\, getting through Never Mind the Buzzcocks (Sky)\, and implicating others on his Sky stand-up special The Varnishing Days.  More comfortable on pods but comes alive on stage\, for your pleasure! \nDirected by Olivier winner\, Jon Brittain. \n★★★★★ \nThe Guardian \n“most will surely be won over…with the delightful\, poetic flourish that defines all his work… perfectly structured with overlapping themes and surprising callbacks… It’s all rather wonderful” \nChortle ★★★★★ \n“about as funny as anything this decade” \nThe Times ★★★★

SUMMARY:CELYA AB: We Must Stop Meeting Like This

SUMMARY:Richard Digance - The Diamond Anniversary tour
DESCRIPTION:Richard Digance has been on the planet for 77 years\, on stage for 60 of them. If this recipient of The Gold Award from The British Academy of Composers and Songwriters doesn’t have songs to sing or stories to tell then it would be a shock to one and all. \nHe has released 45 albums\, written 24 books and composed audiobook music and songs for Bill Bryson. He has worked in America with movie star Steve Martin and recalls two of his greatest moments as playing The London Palladium with Robin Williams and a guitar duet on TV with Queen guitarist Brian May. \nHis TV career spanned 17 years\, appearing on Channel 4s Countdown nearly 200 times\nAnd now – by popular demand – he’s back in Faversham.\nYou are invited to join him for this special intimate performance. \n‘Richard Digance is brilliant’ – Bill Bryson\, the world’s best-selling travel author \n‘Richard Digance is a National Treasure’ Bob Harris\, BBC radio presenter \n”Richard is imaginative\, inventive and brilliant’ – Dan Patterson\, Producer – Mock The Week

SUMMARY:The Phantom Raspberry Blower of Old London Town
DESCRIPTION:Written by Spike Milligan and Ronnie Barker\nAdapted by John Hewer \nSomething is rotten in Old London Town… \nIn Victorian England\, a rotten\, raspberry blower is claiming the lives of the upper-classes. The dark alleyways and moonlit graveyards of London are alive with the repetitive dins of the Phantom. \nInspector Corner of the Yard and his faithful sidekick\, Sergeant Bowles\, are fed up with these din-dins. The case is afoot. Will the Phantom be uncloaked? All will be revealed… particularly if the Phantom uncloaks himself. \nImmortalised by The Two Ronnies\, this Jack the Ripper parody is raspberry-jam-packed with Spike Milligan’s and Ronnie Barker’s love of surreal absurdism\, clever puns\, near-the-knuckle ribaldry\, quick-fire jokes and famous wordplay. \nCelebrating the 50th anniversary since its original broadcast in 1976\, this newly adapted stage play brings the Phantom back to life like never before. \nPresented by Hambledon Productions with the kind permission of Spike Milligan Productions Ltd and Handles for Forks Ltd.

SUMMARY:WiFi Wars
DESCRIPTION:Due to unforeseen circumstances\, we have had to reschedule this event from 26th April to 15th November. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you then. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nFrom classic TV game shows to zen-like word puzzles\, from retro video games to modern first person shooters\, WiFi Wars has something for everyone in its truly original whistlestop tour of all the ways you can have fun\, in public. \nThe entire audience competes\, both as teams and as individuals\, on games\, quizzes and more that are magically beamed into their smartphones and tablets using WiFi Wars’ Guinness World Record-Breaking tech\, developed in residency at London’s prestigious Royal Institution. \nHosted by comedian Steve McNeil (team captain on the hit TV show “Dara O’Briain’s Go 8 Bit”)\, WiFi Wars is the Award-Winning must-see show that’s like nothing you’ve seen before. As teams and players thrive and fail\, each show’s unique narrative emerges hilariously in real time\, with freshly-minted heroes becoming local legends in every place they visit. \nDISCLAIMER: ENSURE YOU BRING A SMART DEVICE (phone/tablet) FOR EACH PLAYER – essentially you just need something with a touch-screen and a web-browser installed.  \nAlso\, make sure it’s got some battery charge in it as you’ll use it to play along with the entire show\, but don’t worry – it doesn’t hugely drain your battery.  \nAnd you don’t need to download an app or install anything in advance\, we’ll get you all set up when you arrive.
