Try a 45-minute session combining Qigong to loosen muscles and energize meridians with Tai Chi for relaxation, balance, and health.
Wear comfy clothes and bring an open mind. The session includes movement sequences to music and Qigong exercises, which can reduce stress, improve posture, flexibility, and balance. Tai Chi may also benefit circulation, blood pressure, and muscular health.
About Sue
With 16+ years of experience, Sue teaches Tai Chi in Canterbury and Herne Bay for all levels. She has competed internationally, and her students have performed at local events.
