Slow the Mind was created to help individuals in our community make healthier lifestyle choices that promote positive mental health and happiness. We focus primarily on supporting adults, particularly men, by providing a safe space to address mental health concerns. Through advice and activities, we encourage inner calm and help individuals regain control over the pace of their minds.

Join Simon Pollard, Outdoor Event Leader, Speaker, Author, Mental Health Advocate, and Director of Slow the Mind CIC, for a 30-minute talk followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.

In this session, Simon will share his personal journey, explain why he is so passionate about his work, and discuss the evolution of Slow the Mind. He will also outline our mission: to offer a mobile safe space where people can discover and create positive solutions for mental health. Additionally, Simon will share valuable advice on managing and improving mental health, drawn from his extensive experience.
